New LUNAmoon Gel Tips – Quick Nail Extensions

New LUNAmoon gel tips.

Disposable gel-based tips for quick nail extensions. They allow you to create the desired shape and length in 10–20 minutes, replacing extensions using lower or upper forms.

Thanks to their flexibility and strength, they are suitable for different nail types. They have a predefined structure, so they do not require additional reinforcement with hard materials. The extended nails are thin, strong and have a natural appearance.

Shape characteristics:

• Shape: salon square.
• Tip arch: salon, 35–40%.
• Number of sizes: 10 sizes, from 0 to 9.
• Largest size: 25 mm in length, 14 mm in width.
• Smallest size: 20 mm in length, 6.5 mm in width.

Wear time: 2.5 to 4 weeks, depending on the length. The longer the nails, the shorter the wear time may be.

The tips can be removed by filing or soaking. A correction can be performed if the tip loosely covers the ingrown areas and the natural nail has not become deformed.

How to work with gel tips:

1. Remove the previous coating, trim the natural nail length to 1 mm and give it a rounded shape.
2. Buff the nail plate with a buffer and perform the manicure. If a nail polish remover has been used, wash your hands with soap after the procedure.
3. Degrease the nail plate with LUNAmoon Nail Prep.
4. If necessary, apply LUNAmoon primer.
5. Apply LUNAmoon Rubber Base, Marker Base or Fix Base and cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
6. Choose the appropriate tip size. It should fit the arch of the natural nail and cover the growth points on both sides.
7. Treat the inner contact area of the tip with LUNAmoon Nail Prep and apply Marker Base or Fix Base.
8. Place the tip, leaving a small margin from the cuticle, and secure it in the lamp.
9. Shape the nail as desired. If necessary, refine the transition near the cuticle with a diamond or TVS bit.
10. Apply the base. Before applying gel polish, level the surface with a transparent base.
11. Cure the coating in the lamp for 120 seconds.
12. Apply top coat and cure for another 120 seconds. Once cured, do not rub the coating to avoid losing its shine.

Additional reinforcement of the tips with hard materials is not recommended, as this may cause lifting.

Correction method:

1. Remove the gel polish until reaching the extension. If there is any lifting, remove it with a bit.
2. Buff the surface of the natural nail and extension with a buffer.
3. Correct the length and shape of the nail.
4. Perform the manicure. If a nail polish remover has been used, wash your hands with soap after the procedure.
5. Degrease the nail plate with LUNAmoon Nail Prep.
6. If necessary, apply LUNAmoon primer.
7. If necessary, apply LUNAmoon primer.
8. Apply LUNAmoon Rubber Base, Fix Base or Marker Base.
9. Level with a colored or transparent base. For gel polish, use a transparent base.
10. If necessary, file the transition from the inner side of the nail.
11. Apply top coat and cure for another 120 seconds. Once cured, do not rub the gel polish.
