1. Return Policy
1.1 Return Conditions:
Products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided they have not been used, are in their original condition, and that all packaging, seals, and labels are intact.
To process the return, proof of purchase (invoice or electronic receipt) must be presented.
1.2 Exceptions:
Products in the cosmetics category cannot be returned if they are in perfect condition, in accordance with current legislation.
Consumables and tools for nail services are not eligible for return if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
1.3 Return Procedure:
To initiate the return process, contact our customer service team by email at info@ndacademy.com or through the contact form on our website.
Please indicate the order number, the reason for the return, and attach photos of the product if it is damaged.
After the return is approved, you must send the product to the indicated address (shipping costs will be borne by the customer if the product does not have manufacturing defects).
1.4 Refund:
The refund will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the product, and will be issued to the bank account you indicate.
2. Refund Policy for Course Payments
2.1 Return Conditions:
Refunds for course payments are possible up to 7 calendar days before the course start date.
Once the course has started, refunds will not be issued.
2.2 Refund Procedure:
To request a refund, please contact us by email at info@ndacademy.com, stating the order number, the course date, and the reason for cancellation.
2.3 Compensation:
In the event of a refund, an administrative fee of 10% of the total course cost will be applied.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will arrange a product exchange or a full refund, including shipping costs.
4. Delivery Policy
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and the shipping method selected.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery status.
